About Our Program
One Hit Can Kill Fentanyl Is NOT a Game
6-Week Impact Program | Youth Development & Life Skills Training
The One Hit Can Kill program is a powerful, six-week initiative designed to protect our youth, save lives, and inspire a movement for change. Created by the Angel Family Crisis Prevention Network, this program addresses one of the most urgent threats facing our community: fentanyl.
Who It’s For:
Youth of all ages are welcome to participate. While everyone benefits from the education and activities, Narcan is provided only to participants ages 12 and up, along with training on how to recognize an overdose and use it to save a life.
What Participants Learn:
The Real Dangers of Fentanyl – How one pill, one hit, or one experiment can be fatal.
Peer Pressure & Decision-Making Skills – Tools to say “no” with confidence and stand strong in high-pressure situations.
Life Skills Training – Communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills that build resilience for life.
Narcan Training (Ages 12+) – Learn the signs of an overdose, how to respond, and how to administer Narcan effectively.
Program Highlights:
Interactive Workshops – Engaging, hands-on activities that make safety lessons stick.
The One Hit Can Kill Play – A dramatic, youth-led stage production that brings the dangers of fentanyl to life through real stories, emotional performances, and powerful messaging. This play is performed for peers, schools, and community audiences to spread awareness beyond the classroom.
Creative Expression – Poetry, music, art, and storytelling projects that spread awareness in powerful ways.
Community Engagement – Opportunities to educate peers and take a stand against fentanyl in schools and neighborhoods.
Real Stories, Real Impact – Hear directly from survivors, families, and frontline advocates fighting the fentanyl crisis.
By the end of the six weeks, participants leave as informed, empowered leaders ready to protect themselves, influence their peers, and speak up for safety. Because with fentanyl, there may not be a second chance.
